Roz Lichter specializes in entertainment law and has transacted business in most of the entertainment capitals of the world.

After graduating from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City, Ms. Lichter worked for a boutique law firm, learned how to be a lawyer and formed her own firm in the late 1980’s. She has guided many filmmakers in narrative and documentary filmmaking and has been recognized for her skill and professional involvement with her clients.

She was Chair of the Entertainment Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association through 2005 and is a Professor at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in the graduate and undergraduate divisions. Ms. Lichter was an adjunct professor of law at Cardozo from 1991 through 2005.
